1. The Service

SpyLand.ing is a competitor landing-page monitoring tool. You add the URLs of publicly accessible competitor pages, and we automatically check those pages on a recurring basis, detect meaningful content changes, capture screenshots, and generate AI-assisted copywriting analysis. We only fetch pages that are publicly available on the internet.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to monitor only publicly accessible pages and to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of the sites you track. You may not use the Service to bypass authentication, scrape private or password-protected content, overload third-party servers, or for any unlawful purpose.

4. Plans and Billing

The Service is offered on Free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Plan limits, including the number of tracked competitors, check frequency, and history retention, are described on our pricing page and may change over time.

5. Intellectual Property

We own the Service and its underlying software. Screenshots and content captured from competitor pages remain the property of their respective owners and are provided to you for analysis and reference only.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every change on a monitored page will be detected, that checks will run without interruption, or that AI-generated analysis will be accurate. You are responsible for how you act on the insights we provide.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codelynx, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email.
